appu.uk is a personal website, platform, and blog created and maintained by Dorry Saputro. It is a personal project and is not an organization, company, institution, or other organizational entity.
This website was created as a personal space to share articles, insights, personal experiences, technical knowledge, and various interesting topics worth sharing.
This Site has been online since around 2014 (originally starting on the Blogspot domain before i change it to appu.uk). Throughout this journey, the topics covered have been quite diverse, ranging from computers and technology, internet configurations, and Windows, to mining insights and everyday personal experiences.
The website and its content are created based on my own interests, experiences, learning, and work, with the simple purpose of sharing useful information with others.
Why This Website Was Created
It is quite simple. Sometimes we come across something fascinating or encounter a specific technical problem and search for a way to solve it. Once we succeed, it feels like a missed opportunity to keep that valuable experience to ourselves.
Because of this, many of the articles on appu.uk are born out of personal experiences and topics that I have personally learned, built, or worked on. Other parts consist of information compiled and summarized from various reliable sources, reshaped to be much easier to understand.
Not a Place to Lecture Anyone
appu.uk is not a platform intended to act as an absolute authority or an all-knowing guide. It is simply a personal website created by me, Dorry Saputro, for sharing experiences, knowledge, ideas, and useful information.
What is written here might be highly beneficial to one person, yet completely inapplicable to another individual's specific situation. Technology evolves rapidly, everyone's experience differs, and the methods to resolve a single problem are not always the same.
Therefore, please view the content on appu.uk simply as a friend sharing experiences and insights. If it proves useful to you, I am glad. If there is a better or more efficient method out there, I am always open to learning it.
About the Website Content
Over time, the content on appu.uk has naturally expanded to follow whatever I am currently learning, working on, building, or finding interesting enough to share.
In addition to writing articles and sharing information, I also create and develop various browser-based applications, practical tools, and games as part of my personal projects.
These applications, tools, and games are created by me, Dorry Saputro, using web technologies and are intended to provide useful, practical, educational, or entertaining experiences that can be accessed directly through a web browser.
Some of the core topics and projects featured on appu.uk include:
- Computers and software utilities
- Windows operating systems and modern technology
- Internet configurations and practical everyday tips
- Mining operations, technical calculations, and field experiences
- Browser-based applications and practical online tools created as personal projects
- HTML and JavaScript-based games created for entertainment, experimentation, and learning
- Free web applications and tools that can be used directly online, without login or registration, and without needing to download or install anything
A Journey of Continuous Learning
Not every piece of writing on this site should be taken as the definitive or absolute answer. The digital and professional landscape changes constantly, and information that is perfectly accurate today may not necessarily remain the same a few years down the road.
For that reason, this site also functions as a personal journal of my ongoing learning journey. What is already understood is shared out in the open, while topics that remain unfamiliar serve as a great opportunity to study further.
