Data dapat berasal dari manual book, specification sheet, atau data aktual bucket.
Kapasitas bucket dapat berbeda menurut model alat, konfigurasi unit, material dan jenis bucket.
Gunakan kapasitas aktual apabila bucket yang digunakan berbeda dari spesifikasi standar unit.

ℹ️ Fill Factor
Menunjukkan tingkat keterisian bucket dibandingkan kapasitas nominalnya.
Contoh: bucket 1,00 m³ dengan rata-rata muatan 0,80 m³ mempunyai Fill Factor 80%.
Masukkan nilai persentase, misalnya 80 untuk 80%.

ℹ️ Swell Factor
Swell Factor menunjukkan perbandingan volume material setelah digali dalam kondisi loose (terurai) terhadap volume material dalam kondisi bank (belum terurai).
Masukkan nilai faktor yang digunakan dalam perhitungan engineering, bukan nilai persentase.
Contoh nilai yang umum digunakan:
1.20, 1.25, 1.40, 1.60.
Jika Swell Factor = 1.25, maka:
1 BCM = 1.25 LCM
Untuk mengonversikan volume LCM menjadi BCM:
BCM = LCM ÷ Swell Factor
Contoh:
100 LCM ÷ 1.25 = 80 BCM
Gunakan nilai Swell Factor berdasarkan karakteristik material dan data engineering/site yang digunakan.

Masukkan waktu rata-rata untuk menyelesaikan satu siklus kerja.
Untuk excavator umumnya meliputi:
digging → swing → dumping → swing → digging
Sebaiknya gunakan rata-rata dari beberapa pengamatan siklus aktual.

Tentang Kalkulator Produktivitas Alat Muat
Kalkulator ini digunakan untuk menghitung kemampuan produktivitas BCM teoritis alat muat berdasarkan kapasitas bucket, Fill Factor, Swell Factor dan Cycle Time.
Selain produktivitas per jam, kalkulator dapat menghitung produktivitas berdasarkan waktu kerja aktual pada satu atau beberapa shift.
Cara mengisi:
- 1. Masukkan kapasitas bucket dalam m³.
- 2. Masukkan Fill Factor dalam persen, misalnya 85 untuk 85%.
- 3. Masukkan Swell Factor sesuai faktor engineering material, misalnya 1.20, 1.25, 1.40 atau nilai yang digunakan di site.
- 4. Masukkan Cycle Time dalam detik.
- 5. Pilih jumlah shift yang ingin dihitung.
- 6. Masukkan durasi shift, waktu istirahat dan waktu produksi aktual setiap shift.
Setelah semua data lengkap:
tekan HITUNG PRODUKTIVITAS untuk mengetahui hasil produktivitas BCM alat muat.
Tekan RESET untuk mengosongkan hasil dan semua yang sudah diinput.
Hasil BCM dihitung dari volume loose (LCM) yang kemudian dikonversikan menggunakan Swell Factor.
